Upcoming Tax Deadlines
- Partnership tax returns (Form 1065) for partnerships and multi-member LLCs that filed for an extension.
- S corporation tax returns (Form 1120-S) for S corporations that filed for an extension.
Additionally, while not a tax return, it's important to note that the third quarter estimated tax payment for 2024 is also due on September 16, 2024, for businesses that pay quarterly estimated taxes.
These September 16 deadlines apply to businesses that:
• Operate on a calendar year basis
• Filed for a 6-month extension on their original March 15, 2024 deadline
• Have not already filed their returns
